An "insanely long process" (I'm probably an outlier due to certain circumstances that happened during team matching), but nearly everyone I met each step of the way was very intelligent and warm.

I was very impressed with my recruiters, who worked with me across four months (!), from giving me advice to finding the right team for me.

Interview questions were difficult but very reasonable; you don't need to overstudy. There was a good emphasis on communicative/collaborative skills.

In general, I answered many graph and traversal-related questions.
