Process
I was contacted by a recruiter for a Graduate Software Engineer position in Munich.
It took almost two months.
I had my on-call interview (in C++) and received positive feedback in two days.
Then, I was programmed for an onsite interview, where I had five interviews in one day, from 10 AM to 3 PM.
All interviewers were really nice and friendly to me.
However, after two weeks, I received negative feedback: I needed a few hints and I blacked out on my last interview.
