After I finished the foo.bar level 3, the website asked me if I wanted to share my code with a Google recruiter. I hit yes, then I got an email from Google HR and set up a phone interview within a week.
The phone interview was about your personality, not tech questions. After that, they asked me to take an online interview, which was about my background and had two programming questions that must be answered within one hour.
