Multiple rounds of interviews were conducted, starting with a phone screening and an initial technical assessment. This was followed by detailed onsite rounds that involved technical, algorithm, programming, whiteboard, HR, and personality assessments, among other things. Most of these rounds went fine, but a couple did not, as there were also some communication issues.
