Good work-life balance, decent pay, easy to switch teams after a year or so, smart co-workers, and a 'do no evil' culture still present due to longer-term employees.
Getting more corporate and harder to see impact. Pay not as high as some other top-tier companies.

I had an on-site interview at Google. There were four rounds, excluding a casual lunch interview that was not scored. Each round consisted of 45 minutes of coding and 5 minutes of Q&A.
