They give you as much time as you need to prepare and accept reschedules without any problems. There's a mock interview that gives you a preview of what to expect.

The interview is LeetCode and in English. You need to ask questions, write inputs and outputs, arrive at the optimal solution while clearly explaining what you're doing, and even manually run the code. 40 minutes is not a lot of time. The interviewer tries to guide you towards an optimal solution, but mine didn't do so clearly and agreed with my solution. The interviewer's microphone quality was not good.

The process was completely disorganized. The recruiter didn't schedule my interview; I only found out it wasn't scheduled when I emailed a week before to reschedule. I had to ask for feedback on the result because there was none for weeks.

Important: The time they provide is in their timezone, and you need to convert it. They also create an event on your Google Calendar from the email you signed up with, but if your calendar is set to the wrong timezone, you will see the wrong time.
