Pros: I found the process to be enjoyable. The people who interviewed me were very kind and helpful. I liked that the pressure gave me a bunch of motivation to practice my whiteboarding skills, which helped me improve immensely. I only declined the offer because I got an offer from a different Big-n company with better compensation in my preferred location.
Cons: It was pretty nerve-racking waiting to hear back from the hiring committee, and it takes a long time for them to meet and make a decision.
