Interviewed for an L4 SWE position in the Seattle Metro Area. The process consisted of one phone screen. It was necessary to have at least one team or hiring manager interested in your profile to move past the phone screen and onto the onsite interview.
The onsite interview comprised three coding rounds and one behavioral round. Expect primarily LeetCode medium difficulty questions, often with one or more follow-up questions after the initial prompt.
If the recruiter determines that your overall feedback from the onsite rounds is positive, they will schedule team match/fit calls with various hiring managers who have shown interest in your profile. If team matching is successful, your profile packet is then moved to the Hiring Committee (HC).
