Was not difficult at all. Just make sure you are familiar with the language you choose and Big-O notation of some sorting algorithms and data structures.

Cons: It's getting pretty boring. You need to switch teams every 2-3 years to keep things interesting. On many teams, they might not have the type of work you're looking for.
