The phone interview went straight to programming without any introduction. The question was pretty fun to solve, but it made me flustered that we went straight to solving the problem from the first minute of the call. The interviewer gave little to no hints. Overall, the experience was nice because I had fun solving the problem.

Pros: It's a great place to work as a programmer. The tasks we work on are mostly interesting and challenging, and the breadth at which your work will be applied is nearly unparalleled, certainly in the online business. The people are fun and smart.
Cons: The people are very smart.
If you're used to being a hot shot, you may not be any more.
If you're looking for the startup atmosphere, well, don't, because it's gone.
You will still have more autonomy than a lot of other companies, but you will not have complete control over the project you work on.

Pros: 1. Working with smart, helpful, and decent people.
2. Very flexible in terms of management. Lots of freedom when deciding on technical matters.
3. Free food is priceless. With COVID-19, you cannot have it anymore.
4. Company paid >3K for work-from-home equipment.
5. Working with cutting-edge technologies and tools.
Cons: 1. Has its own ecosystem of build, test, track, etc. So you wouldn't learn tools used by the industry.
2. You are a small bolt in the International Space Station.
