The recruiter reached out over email to set up a time to chat.
We talked about my work experience and what I'm looking for – standard get-to-know-you questions.
This was followed by a phone interview and an onsite, which included:
- Four coding questions
- One system design question
They got back to me in two weeks.
At that point, the recruiter set up conversations with teams I could potentially join. This was the longest part of the process.
