Technical phone screen. I was asked to create a custom data structure to tackle the question presented.
I explored several ways to create this structure, but my interviewer did not offer much assistance when I became stuck.
Eventually, I solved the problem, but I suspect my approach did not impress him. I was struggling with a syntax issue.
