- People doing things just because that's the way everyone else is doing it and it's the safe way to advance.
- You can feel powerless and only execute things.
- Expectations are high and there's a lot of pressure.
- Proprietary tech takes at least 6-12 months to learn, and the longer you stay, the harder it gets to decide to leave.
