This, you can pretty much look up online by Googling and do a couple of practice problems to be prepared for it easily.

Pros: Google is a very good company to work for. It encourages talent from all over the globe. It has one of the best company cultures and facilities for employees. It also pays above the average market level.
Decent work-life balance, good pay, extremely good employee facilities, and a positive company culture are among the best things at Google.
Cons: Promotion is not so systematic and fast.
Moreover, you'll see people with very high work experience still in mid-level roles.
Work-life balance in some teams might not be that good.

Pros: The name recognition that goes along with the job and the quality of the engineers is good.
It is a relatively flat organization, and you can set your own job direction.
Cons: It is very difficult to know where management is headed. Overall, there is more bureaucracy than there used to be. Not as nimble as I would like.
