Process
Two Hangout interviews were conducted.
First, a DS question (sliding window) was asked.
Second, a couple of Java and OO questions were presented.
The interviewers were very helpful and caring.
They also asked about the projects I did in the past.
Overall, a very positive experience!

Pros: I was here to improve my remote communication skills and technical communication skills. I was able to better communicate my issues and I have acquired several skills at this time. Partly succeeded in acquiring the skills that I aspired to have.
Cons: The things that I dislike about my current organization are that we spend too much time in meetings and things that could have been kept concise and to the point grow into a long discussion.

Pros: Pay and benefits are obviously quite competitive.
Cons: Leadership is feckless and shortsighted. All they care about is code velocity, and they will not hesitate to lay people off regularly and continually drain the company of talent.
