Process
I was referred by a Google employee.
I heard back from a recruiter the next day, confirming my information had been forwarded to another recruiter.
The recruiter contacted me two days later to schedule three technical interviews, which took place a month later.
I had the three 45-minute technical interviews back to back.
The interviews were, likely by chance, in increasing order of difficulty.
I didn't feel very confident after my interviews, and I heard back the next day that they would not be moving forward with my application.
