The interview process was quite difficult and hard to prepare for. However, the interviews found that being genuine was the way to go. Definitely speak confidently and wear something formal.

Had two phone interviews. The questions were not hard; both could be solved with simple array manipulation. I would suggest interviewees review data structures and algorithms.
