Process
I applied through Google's career page. After a very long response time to my application, I had three technical interviews. Unfortunately, I did not receive an offer.
The interviews occurred during a very busy period for me, so I didn't have a chance to focus on preparing. One thing I should have done is solve at least one problem every day or two.
The questions during the interviews weren't that difficult. With a little effort, I think the interview questions are doable.
