Process
The interview process began with two technical phone screens, followed by a virtual on-site. The on-site consisted of three technical interviews and one behavioral interview. Afterwards, I did not receive any communication from the recruiter regarding my feedback, even after following up with multiple recruiters I worked with during the process. It seems very disrespectful not to receive a follow-up, especially after I took an entire day off work to complete these interviews.
