Pretty straightforward. I was contacted by the recruiter. While scheduling the phone screening, I was given enough time for preparation. The interviewer was helpful. I was contacted within a couple of days after the call. I passed the first phone screening, and the second one was scheduled. I stumbled at the beginning of the second phone screen and could feel that my interviewer no longer paid attention to me. I became really nervous and was very confused by the end.
