Pros: - Very smart people.
- Opportunities to move around and work on state-of-the-art tech.
Cons: - Takes many months/years to often join the team you might actually want to work for.
- Lots of cooks in the kitchen, so again it takes a long time to work on meaningful things.
- Increasingly corporate.
