Two back-to-back technical interviews, followed by a third a couple of weeks later because they couldn't make a decision after the first two.

After that, my application was sent to a hiring committee, and I had to wait another three weeks before ultimately getting rejected.

Nothing in the process was especially difficult, but it wasn't particularly easy either. The questions seemed very fair, but some of my friends had different experiences, so there is definitely some element of luck as to what questions you get.
