Process
I had a technical phone interview that lasted about an hour. There was nothing surprising.
I spent most of the time discussing ideas and thoughts about the problem, and the latter portion was spent coding over Google Docs.
I was a little nervous, but my interviewer was very patient and willing to provide hints and ideas.
Questions
Nothing was difficult. They presented a problem, and I just had to go through an algorithm and explain my thinking.
