Software Engineer, University Grad Interview Experience
Process
I applied at a university career fair and got an on-campus interview after two weeks. It consisted of two back-to-back 25-minute interviews with two recruiters. The questions they asked were pretty normal questions you would find in LeetCode or "Cracking the Coding Interview." The recruiters were very nice, and HR was responsive.
(You had to fill out tons of forms, sign an NDA, and complete one online assessment before the interview.)
