On-site interviews were split over two days.

The first day went rather well, apart from receiving incorrect meeting links and having to coordinate the meetings via a shared document and telephone.

An email was received rescheduling meetings for the following day to 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM. After finishing the 1:00 PM interview, I spent almost an hour waiting in a Google Meet room for the 2:00 PM interview. Communication with the recruiter yielded the information that the meeting had been pushed to 3:00 PM. After cancelling some other meetings I had scheduled for the same time slot, I was able to complete the interview.

Emailing the recruiter after this whole process resulted in them insisting that I was notified of the change, even though I only ever received information about the meeting being at 2:00 PM.

This rather unprofessional behavior soured the whole experience. The last interview went rather poorly due to having to solve these issues and cancel other important meetings.
