Process
The recruiter explained the process in detail via a Hangouts video call and also asked simple technical questions. This was followed by a phone screening (also via Hangouts video) and then five on-site interviews + lunch. Due to a lack of coding questions in the interviews, the Hiring Committee requested two additional interviews. The company was flexible in choosing the timeframe for the individual interviews.
