I was contacted by a recruiter after an employee referral.
After a couple of phone calls with the recruiter, I had a phone screening interview and five on-site interviews.
Both of the on-site interviews involved solving relatively short programming problems. The problems were roughly at the same level as TopCoder medium problems.

Pros: The environment is exciting and fun, with great colleagues and very fun offices.
The problems I have tackled so far are challenging, hard, and fun.
It's great to feel you are solving a unique problem at a huge scale.
Cons: There are a lot of processes to follow when deploying something.
