Then, two back-to-back technical interviews on phone/Google Doc with engineers. They introduced themselves and asked one brief question about my resume each, then immediately moved on to the coding question.

- Gets you a breadth of experience since you work on two teams, 4.5 months each.
- You do regular full-time employee work, so your work feels meaningful and impactful.
Cons: It's currently a one-year contract, and if you didn't perform well enough, then you won't be brought on as a permanent employee. However, the stats show that over 90% of people get in, or something really high like that.
