I first met with a recruiter on campus. The recruiter instructed me to apply online to be considered for the position.
I received an invite for an interview a few days after submitting my application.
I interviewed in October 2014. The interview consisted of two back-to-back 45-minute sessions. There were lots of technical questions, as you'd expect from Google.
Questions
A couple of behavioral questions, such as describing a project you've done and how you overcame difficulties, for the first five minutes.
Followed directly by technical questions and problems.

People are not passionate about what they do; most of them are actually bored, which affects you as well after some time. Most projects have little impact or provide little real-life value. All in all, it's definitely not a place for people with an entrepreneurial mindset.
