Process

Applied online and was rejected.

Later, I spoke with the recruiter again at a hackathon.

This led to two on-campus interviews, followed by an additional phone interview.

Entry Level Engineer • Former Employee

Ann Arbor, Michigan, United States

Pros: So, this new job I got at Google is one unique work environment. Working with the brightest in the world every day.

Cons: The only thing for now is until I get my degree. I can't do what I want each day like I will after they mold me the way they want. I don't have a lot of bad habits to reteach. Which is difficult to change one's habits. Learning bad habits could affect your ability to think and produce the "Google" way. So, I don't make a lot of money for now.
