Process
After you pass an online assessment, HR will contact you to schedule the first phone interview. You will also need to fill in some forms, such as an employment application and a skills background. The phone interview is a voice call with a Google engineer. They will ask you to introduce yourself and then pose some technical questions.
If the recruiting team wants to know more about you, they will schedule a second phone interview. The process for the second phone interview is similar to the first.
