I had two technical interviews for the role. Each interview lasted around 45 minutes.
The interviewer shared a Google Doc with me to write code, and they pasted the question in the Google Doc before I answered anything. They were both happy to clarify any definitions that I was not familiar with.

Pros: - Most of my work is interesting to me (even if not my dream job).
- Smart, skilled, and generally friendly coworkers.
- Good work/life balance in my niche.
Cons: - Lots of re-orgs lately lead to projects getting green light, red light, green light, red light.
- Fear that any day our team may be shut down and we are all laid off. This makes it hard to stay motivated.
- Everything AI gets funded and everything else must cut back.

Pros: You work with amazing people and have an infinite amount of learning resources. People build things right here. Working here provides amazing experience.
Cons: The company has progressively become more and more shareholder-oriented, gutting many of the exciting projects that made Google great. Employees feel minimal job security due to annual layoffs.
