Contacted by a recruiter on the phone, I passed a few straightforward screening questions, then was scheduled for an on-site interview. This consisted of 5 interviews, ranging from theory to coding on the whiteboard.

I was pretty disappointed by the way the recruiters acted. For example, they didn't give any response, and I had to contact them to get feedback.
