Amazing Community, Difficult Conversion

Pros: Understanding people, an amazing community from all over the world, and a lot of events to connect employees from around the globe, especially during WFH.

Cons: Very big company. It can be a pro and a con. Also, we need more interviews to convert from intern to full-time.

Pros: Smart people. The food is great. You get to work on projects of immense scale. The pay is great. There is a lot of glamour that comes with the job. People are impressed when they hear that you work for Google.

Cons: Google is in a state of denial regarding its bureaucracy. It is a huge company, and it should accept that fact to fix inefficiencies. A couple of VPs are obviously more interested in politics than in the greater good. The playful, smart company with "don't be evil" as a motto is a vision that has clearly disappeared. Google is no different than any other big company, and they are starting to realize it.

Two Sum

Find two numbers in a given array that add up to a specific target value, and return their indices. Essentially, you need to efficiently locate the pair that satisfies the sum requirement.
