Process
I was referred by a friend working at Google.
After a phone screen, I was flown in for 5 interviews and a lunch.
All 5 of the 45-minute interviews were coding-focused.
I made a couple of errors in 2 of the interviews and was not able to find them myself; the interviewers had to point them out to me.
The process was super fast and efficient.
Questions
Nothing too difficult. Some of the questions were pretty original, but I can't disclose them because of the NDA.

Pros: Some very smart people and good benefits. All the free food and subsidized massages are good.
Cons: The Test Engineering org. is separate from the core engineering org., making it very difficult for the test engineers to make any real impact. Most of the time, the test engineering efforts go unrecognized by the executive management team. The Test Engineering organization is filled with a bunch of very incompetent managers who are solely focused on advancing their own careers.

Pros: Great perks: food, gym, snacks, casual attire, a fun environment, and lots of company-sponsored events.
Cons: Like any corporation, management seems to only care about what they can put on their resume. But since this is the case pretty much anyplace you work, it's hard to really state it as a con. Towards the end, however, management started to micromanage a bit too much. This took away from the casual environment that once made working at Google so great, as employees felt emboldened and had better output.
