Focus on developing the engineer.
It is very busy with lots to do.
A recruiter reached out for an interview at the DC office. There were four rounds of technical interviews with previous GER. They were very personable and patient. Each interview was exactly 45 minutes long. The interviewers were rotating through
Phone call and in-person meeting. The phone call involved simple "get to know me" questions. The meeting was more focused on my technical background and design-related questions. They were quick to respond and polite.
Easy but challenging. Need to understand a lot of stuff on the science side. Make sure you have a degree. Don’t think you can just go in there and talk about math and think you can get a job; it is going to be tough.
