Staff Hardware Engineer
1 technical phone, 5 interview virtual panel day long. Very pleasant. Google hiring is a slow process and hard to get expedited. Took 3 weeks to get back to me after final stage of interview process.
iOS Developer
The HR people reached me first and brought me onsite. I had an onsite interview with Google/YouTube. The onsite had five interviews of coding on a whiteboard. The questions were typical technical coding questions. Overall, it was a great experience.

A straightforward process, exactly what the recruiter described. It involved several technical interviews and some personal interviews. When it wasn't clear if they could hire or reject me, they gave me an additional technical interview.
