It works slowly and lasts for 2 months, from an online assessment to the interview. After finishing the online assessment, it requires a questionnaire and scheduling of the phone screen interview.

You connect with an engineer, and they give you a link to Google Docs and ask you to write code in it. You should describe your thought process before writing anything, which may be hard.
