Pros

(1) Free meals, fresh fruits, snacks, and drinks everywhere. (2) Easy to find time to exercise and/or study during work hours. (3) A lot of opportunity to study new technology and methodology. (4) Very open to new ideas, suggestions, and complaints.

Cons
  1. Although it is considered by now to be a well-established company, it still is like a start-up in some areas. As a result, you may need to create and/or compile many reference materials for your tasks all by yourself, which can make your job tougher than it should be.

  2. Like many other high-tech companies, it is a very white-male-dominated company. If you are in a minority group, your employment status will not be very secure.
