The phone interview was not too technical and focused more on my background and manufacturing consulting projects I have led. Onsite was rigorous. I met with several senior people, including the hiring manager. Feedback from the recruiter was that

Extensive, multiple phone call and video call interview rounds. Not too bad, but the process seemed to lack a sense of direction. Poor communication from HR during the process. Overall, an average experience.

Team matching took months. It's a very lengthy and unproductive process, requiring meetings with tons of M2 or M3 managers before you can get a full loop to move forward.
