Great pay, amazing bonuses. Peers are fantastic and, for the most part, motivated about impacting millions or billions whilst trying to do good in the world.
Sadly, the culture has been degraded because of rolling layoffs since 2022. People fear that they are going to be let go and live in constant fear.
