The phone interview was not too technical and focused more on my background and manufacturing consulting projects I have led. Onsite was rigorous. I met with several senior people, including the hiring manager. Feedback from the recruiter was that

Extensive, multiple phone call and video call interview rounds. Not too bad, but the process seemed to lack a sense of direction. Poor communication from HR during the process. Overall, an average experience.

I started with two back-to-back one-hour phone interviews, during which I had to code on a Google Doc. Afterward, I went on-site for two one-hour interviews with two people.
