Extensive, multiple phone call and video call interview rounds. Not too bad, but the process seemed to lack a sense of direction. Poor communication from HR during the process. Overall, an average experience.

The phone interview was not too technical and focused more on my background and manufacturing consulting projects I have led. Onsite was rigorous. I met with several senior people, including the hiring manager. Feedback from the recruiter was that

5 minutes asking about resume/ 10 minutes walking through an algo question, and 10 mins for another one/ 10 min self introduction/ 10 min letting me ask questions about company.
