Unlimited perks, cool office, great co-workers, etc. Even working as a contractor is a great experience.

Three meals served every day, a gym and personal instructors on-site, great coffee, snacks, and beautiful surroundings. This is truly an ideal employer that cares about its employees.

Not much to add here. I wish that Google would hire more people instead of using contractors. Google is undoubtedly one of the best employers in the world, but the use of contractors creates a division within the company between "real" Googlers and the contractors doing the grunt work. I'm giving career opportunities a low rating because there's not really a future here as a contractor.

If you want your employees to care about the company and go above and beyond, then do the same for your employees (including contractors).
