You may feel like only a cog in a large machine. Some projects must be done even if nobody really cares. There's very limited bottom-up innovation or decision-making. There are some amazing projects, really pushing the future, and some less exciting ones. According to your luck, you may be building robots or plug-ins for Google Plus.
