Direct onsite because I interviewed in the past and did well that time. From the time I sent my resume to interview day: 2 weeks. From interview day to offer over the phone: 2 weeks.

The interview process involved various coding and infrastructure problems presented by 5 different interviewers. Solutions were whiteboarded. Interviewers asked good questions to drill deeper on complexity. Some problems were easy and well-defined

There were a number of separate interviews with separate developers throughout the day, including a lunch-time, non-counting interview. The questions were all about puzzles that you could easily look up (I had seen them all before in various books).
