- Top-down "command and control" culture made it hard for ideas to originate from the bottom-up.
- High deductible health plans could get expensive at times.
- Few standard company holidays.
Don't be afraid to deliver in smaller releases; the mobile space moves quickly. Let ideas emerge from the bottom-up too; you hired great engineers, and they often have great ideas to improve and even correct issues with the product.
