Interesting projects.
Great benefits.
Very interesting people.
A lot of information sharing, both from inside projects and from the outside world.
Conferences, talks, presentations.
Highly political environment. Everyone is at the mercy of their manager. If your manager doesn't like you, you are doomed, no matter your performance or contribution.
Too many projects that go nowhere.
Maybe better communication and collaboration between the departments is a key to avoid so much waste.
