I sent the resume to the online site and was emailed back within a week. Then I had a screening interview with the recruiter, who explained the process and learned about my background. Two weeks later, I received an invitation to a phone interview

I did not get the chance for an interview. I also did not receive a reason why I was not selected for an interview. There was no other follow-up, no continuation of work, and no suggestions for improvement. I have no idea how to get this chance.

It was long and pointless, and it did not have a clear process. The experience was disorganized and difficult, requiring numerous rounds of interaction. I found the recruiter to be off-putting and flaky.
