I did not get the chance for an interview. I also did not receive a reason why I was not selected for an interview. There was no other follow-up, no continuation of work, and no suggestions for improvement. I have no idea how to get this chance.

I had a phone screen and proceeded directly to the onsite interviews because I already had other strong offers on the table. The onsite consisted of four one-hour technical interviews. Some tested my straight algorithm programming skills, while other

1. HR interview with general questions. 2. First technical interview (common and theoretical questions). 3. Second technical interview (live coding in an online editor or Google Docs with mid- to hard-difficulty algorithmic questions).
